SHIPPING, RETURNS & PAYMENT POLICY

 

SHIPPING

  1. All Shipping costs are calculated on actuals. We use a third party agency for handling all our deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.
  2. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included as working days.
  3. Kalamkari endeavors to meet the shipment dispatch timelines; but in a rare case that we are not able to meet the timeline then we will inform you about the delay with a personal call/email/message.
  4. All products have a different shipping timeline; please refer to the relevant product page.
  5. We do not offer any COD (Cash on Delivery) facility.
  6. Kalamkari endeavors to deliver the shipment as per the stipulated time but it does not guarantee the delivery of the product as per the timeline mentioned. Delivery timelines are dependent on third party agencies.
  7. If the shipment is not accepted due to non availability of the customer then the shipment will be returned to the company. The re shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
  8. Please note that shipping timelines may get extended during Sale period due to high volume order processing.
  9. Please ensure the complete shipping address is mentioned; including pin code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  10. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, additional charges are applicable for re delivery.


RETURNS

  1. 1. All our products are on a Made to Order basis, hence we do not offer returns or exchanges for all orders.
  2. In exceptional cases, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match as per the item ordered), or has a major manufacturing defect/quality issue then we are open to re-fulfill your order. Please refer to the product “Important Note” & the “Embroidery Policy” to understand any minor differences in the actual product. Discretion about any defects remains with Kalamkari.
  3. Custom or commissioned orders cannot be returned or exchanged, we don’t offer any refunds/store credit for these orders.

In case you have received a damaged/defective product as mentioned above; please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving your order with the images/videos of the product. Our team will reach out to and coordinate for the product pick up and a replacement or offer you a store credit. All products which are arranged for a replacement pick up must be in their individual original packaging.


SALE

  1. Items purchased before the Sale cannot be returned or exchanged during the Sale period.
  2. No Exchange, Return, Refund or Store Credit is available for items purchased during the Sale. No discount code or vouchers are applicable during the Sale.
  3. Sale offers are valid only till stocks lasts.
  4. Shipping Timelines - Please note that during the Sale period our shipping timelines maybe get extended due high volume order processing.


E-Gift Card

  1. The E-Gift Card is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the gift card is used within the validity period.
  2. The E-Gift Card can only be redeemed on our official website and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit.
  3. E-Gift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who receives the gift card via email, please ensure that the email address mentioned is verified & correct.
  4. If the total value of your purchase is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will expire. E-Gift cards cannot be combined with any other vouchers or discount codes.
  5. If any misuse or fraudulent use of the card is detected then Kalamkari reserves the right to cancel the gift card.

MODES OF PAYMENT

  1. All major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) along with net banking options and UPI payments.
  2. We do not offer any COD (Cash on Delivery) options for our orders.
  3. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or any refunds/store credit cannot be issued.
