Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Products:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Made-to-Order / Customized Products:
As these products are crafted specifically for you, dispatch timelines vary based on the nature and complexity of the order. Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
Samples / Swatches:
Dispatched within 3–7 business days.

All orders are processed from our studio once payment has been successfully received.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India):
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the location.
International Shipping:
Delivery timelines vary by destination and may take 10–21 business days after dispatch. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Custom or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Packaging

All products are securely packed to ensure safe transit. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, special care is taken in packaging delicate and embroidered pieces.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Handcrafted production processes
Courier partner delays
Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or customs clearance

The Kalamkari shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number at kalamkarid@gmail.com We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
