At The Kalamkari, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully prepared for dispatch. Please review our shipping policy below to understand timelines and processes before placing an order.
Order Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Products:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. -
Made-to-Order / Customized Products:
As these products are crafted specifically for you, dispatch timelines vary based on the nature and complexity of the order. Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. -
Samples / Swatches:
Dispatched within 3–7 business days.
All orders are processed from our studio once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping Timelines

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the location. -
International Shipping:
Delivery timelines vary by destination and may take 10–21 business days after dispatch. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging
All products are securely packed to ensure safe transit. Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, special care is taken in packaging delicate and embroidered pieces.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order number at kalamkarid@gmail.com We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
